SMB Spark · What I do

Start with the problem.

You don't need to know which of these you need. Most problems touch more than one.

Strategy & Growth

Does this sound familiar?

  • “Leads dried up and I don't know why.”

  • “I'm attracting customers who aren't a good fit.”

  • “I'm launching something and need a plan to sell it.”

How it usually works

I start by looking at the business, customers and constraints. A single diagnosis can identify what to do first; a focused project or ongoing help can put the plan into practice.

Systems & Automation

Does this sound familiar?

  • “I'm doing quotes, invoices and follow-ups by hand.”

  • “My customer information lives in five places.”

  • “I bought software nobody uses.”

How it usually works

I map what happens today and where work gets stuck. That might end with a diagnosis, a focused system improvement, or ongoing help testing and refining the process.

Digital Tools & Prototypes

Does this sound familiar?

  • “My website needs a quote calculator or booking tool.”

  • “I want to test an app idea before spending more money.”

  • “I need a simple internal tool instead of another subscription.”

How it usually works

I help define the smallest useful version first. Start with a diagnosis of the idea, move into a build sprint, or continue with improvements as you learn what people need.

I build with AI-assisted tools, so a working prototype can take weeks instead of months and costs less to test. The tools make building faster. Deciding what to build is still the hard part.

Programs & Training

Does this sound familiar?

  • “My participants need practical help they can use in their businesses.”

  • “My training materials need to reflect how business owners work today.”

  • “My program needs tools that support people between workshops.”

How it usually works

I start with your participants and program goals. A diagnosis can clarify the need; a pilot or focused project can test an approach before ongoing delivery and improvement.
