These terms govern your use of smbspark.com, which is run by SMB Spark, LLC ("SMB Spark," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What this site is

This site describes SMB Spark's consulting services and work, and lets you contact us. It doesn't sell anything. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and SMB Spark, not by these terms.

2. Not professional advice

Content on this site is general information. It isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation, so please don't rely on it without advice about your own circumstances.

3. Your inquiries

When you contact us, we use what you share only to respond to you and to discuss and evaluate a possible engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry doesn't create a client relationship, and you keep all rights to the information you share. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form until an agreement covering it is in place. If you send suggestions about the website itself, we may use them without any obligation to you.

4. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, logo and the SMB Spark name belong to SMB Spark or its licensors. You're welcome to view, share and link to pages on the site, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission. Products and projects shown on the site belong to SMB Spark or their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful code through the contact form, try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or interfere with how it works. Search engines and other automated tools may access the site as permitted by our robots.txt file.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including SMB Spark's products, Google's booking page and LinkedIn. Each has its own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of products and projects reflect their status when written and may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SMB Spark won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms replace the ones that applied to the previous version of this site.
